• Bed linen, towels and cleaning products not provided 
• Cleaning at the end of the stay not included
• Animals are not allowed

• Any installation (tent) next to the accommodation is forbidden.
• Any additional car has to pay an extra

• The prices are in euros, per night, VAT included. The tourist tax, the booking fees and the cancellation insurance fees (optional) are not included.

• The tourist tax (0.55 euros per person and per night) must be paid at the payment of the balance. A person under 18 years old is exempt of the tourist tax.

• Booking fees: 30 euros.

• Cancellation insurance fees (optional): 3,2 % of the total price of the stay.
